Joel grew as the oldest son in a military family (Navy) and got used to moving to exciting locals. Joel called places like Hawaii, San Diego& Seattle his home. When Joel’s dad retired he moved the family to Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. Because of the frequent moves, Joel had to adapt to his surroundings & picked up a variety of sports, hobbies & activities along the way. Joel’s interests include; baseball, golf, skiing, snow boarding, handling live rattle snakes, poker, motocross, & mountain biking. In 1983 and after college, Joel moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ & started his career in the swimming pool business. In 1986 he moved to Mesa, AZ. There he became a licensed swimming pool contractor & owned & operated 3 successful pool companies including; Joel’s Quality Pool Plumbing, Arizona Pool Excavation, & Az Gas Lines. In 1991 Joel acquired his Real Estate License. It wasn’t until Joel sold his businesses in 2005 that he actually began practicing his new career. Joel’s 27 years of knowledge & appreciation of the Sonoran Desert & Metro Phoenix/Mesa is a real value in providing individuals and families with a pleasant, competent & rewarding experience in all their Real Estate needs. Joel’s ability to adapt helps him personally indentify with his clients wants & needs. Currently Joel runs a successful Real Estate Team & enjoys teaching Real Estate classes. He is the Growth Committee Chairman for his office, a member of the Agent Leadership Council & an Accredited Buyer Representative. |
